VISUAL EFFECTS - Participants will explore the art and science of visual effects, gaining valuable insight to the creative and technical processes that bring blockbuster movies to life.
Christian is a renowned Production VFX Supervisor with nearly three decades of experience, four BAFTA nominations, and an Academy Award nomination. He began his career at Framestore in 1997 and quickly made his mark in Commercials and TV, earning two VES Awards and an Emmy nomination. Moving into feature films, he contributed to celebrated titles such as the Oscar-winning The Golden Compass and multiple Harry Potter instalments before stepping into Production VFX Supervision with Universal’s 47 Ronin and Dracula Untold. Since then, he has led the VFX on major franchises including all three of Warner Bros.’ Fantastic Beasts films, and most recently brought his expertise to Universal’s ambitious, How to Train Your Dragon (2025).
