Papa Nui return to The Jago after their exciting debut earlier in the year, bringing their big sound back to London’s Eastside.
Papa Nui are a 7 piece band from Oxford who always get a party started when they play their mix of ska, reggae, blues, balkan, funk, afro-beat with the occasional spot of bluegrass thrown in. No style of music will stop them from taking them where the music needs to go.
With their lush vocal harmonies, pumping horns, searing harmonica, and ferocious rhythm section, they’ll have you smiling, singing, dancing and diving, leaving completely soul-satisfied!

“it’s easy to see and hear why PAPA NUI are a top pick for festival organisers as their recipe of ska, blues and reggae comes with lashings of added groove and bounce. It’s a sure fire certainty they’ll get people dancing… a band that comes with a smile in their music.” - NIGHTSHIFT MAGAZINE
