Event information
Come along on Saturday morning 27th September to enjoy a Meditative Sound Bath in the tranquil and peaceful surroundings of the Dunton Community Garden with Rosie, a Holistic Energy Practitioner.
You’ll start with meditation and relaxation leading into a sound bath where Rosie will be using crystal sound bowls. Followed by refreshments.
**PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT, BLANKETS & PILLOWS**

This activity is funded by Central Bedfordshire Council from the UKSPF Culture Fund.
The cost of the workshop is £10.00
If you are a CBC resident the cost is fully discounted. However, there is a charge of £2.50 for booking and refreshments.
If you live outside the area, a charge of £10.00 which includes booking and refreshments.
