Managing Our Perfectionism

The Art of Feel invites you to explore how perfectionism shapes your life and relationships through an immersive day-long workshop. In a supportive environment, you'll engage in meaningful self-reflection, pair sharing, small group explorations, and whole group discussions that foster genuine connection and insight.

We’ll be working outside in the arena with the horses. (There will be no riding on this day) We also will be in the cosy log cabin on the site for refreshments if the weather is inclement as well as a gathering space to consolidate any thinking and learning.
