The Skapones – the premier punky ska combo from the North East- in fact, the premier punky ska combo in the UK! Not overly reliant on the usual 2 tone covers (although you may well get some Specials bangers) these chaps have an amazing array of fabulous self composed material- and a myriad of ace releases on which said songs appear.
They also feature some really interesting left field covers skanked up to perfection- Two Tribes for instance!! And you can’t beat a Saturday night Dublin Castle happening to showcase this group’s incredible talents. Party time, with a conscience. Brilliant nite out.
