Walthamstow's premier jazz night featuring London and the UK's finest musicians. 8pm every first Thursday of the month at Walthamstow Trades Hall.
This September, Jazz at Trades is excited to welcome a very special guest, vocalist Camille Rose. Named “one to watch” by JazzFM’s Simon Phillips, rising star Camille is making waves in the UK jazz scene. Described as “the love-child of Ella Fitzgerald and Amy Winehouse” she blends influences from across the jazz diaspora into a fresh, contemporary sound that honours the music’s rich heritage.
Camille brings her swinging vocals to Jazz at Trades- performing a selection of favourite tunes from singers that inspire her craft alongside a great band featuring Lewis Borland (alto sax), Stan Brunt (guitar), Ben Love (double bass) and George Grundy (drums).
Another evening not to be missed, we hope you can join us! Doors at 7pm, music from 8pm
Our two tier pricing system aims to strike a balance between making our event accessible for all, whilst trying to ensure we can pay the musicians a fair wage for their performance. Please consider paying the full ticket price of £10 if you can, to help support our musicians and help to cover the costs involved in running the night.
