Event information

Cafe No9 alongside Honey Bee Blues give you-The RETURN of Ash Gray with Burner, Johnny Griff! and special guests!

After reconnecting with his native Texas, for several months and collaborating with stateside musician friends, Ash Gray returns to the place where his Sheffield began.-Cafe No9! on Friday Jan 23rd!

Ash has been working on several projects over the years but remains connected to his solo songwriting roots. Not only will there be some outright, new barnstormers in the barrel to raise your glass to, but the night will be a celebration of deep bluesy, roots, folk and Texas oriented country-rock, promising a night of fresh material as well as some old favorites and a surprise guest or two.

Back with Ash, returning to the fold after an arm injury kept him away from the scene for many months, is Johnny Griff, devoted bassist from Ash’s longtime band, The Burners, who will be accompanying the set . This will be Griff’s first full show with Gray, since his absence, making this a real landmark moment and special reunion.

Expect a full night of great music as well as some amazing surprise special guests. Not to be missed Get your tickets early.
