JP Oldfield
JP Oldfield is a multi-award-winning solo musician based in Wiltshire, crafting a distinctive sound that bridges tradition and modernity.
Blending southern gothic atmospheres with dark folk storytelling, Americana grit, and blues-soaked soul, weaving these influences into a cohesive, contemporary roots style that feels both timeless and deeply personal. His music is driven by evocative lyrics, raw emotion, and a commanding sense of mood, drawing listeners into shadowed landscapes of love, loss, and redemption. Whether performing to a small back alley bar or taking to a large stage, JP Oldfield stands out as a compelling voice in the UK roots scene, authentic, genre defying, and unmistakably his own.
