Songwriting for Solidarity

Songwriting for Solidarity is a FREE* all levels songwriting workshop and networking event to build and foster community for women & queer people in Edinburgh.
The workshop will consist of two hours of solo & group songwriting activities, followed by an hour-long facilitated networking event. This is a space to learn new songwriting techniques; whether you are a complete beginner, an experienced writer, or anywhere in-between.

After the class, you can find new collaborators, co-writers, contacts or just chat about music and songs. There will be facilitators to support networking, and hopefully build community links in Edinburgh’s music & songwriting scene.
* please note there is a £1 deposit to secure your space, this will be refunded on arrival.
+this event caters to women, non binary, trans and lgbtq+ individuals, but anyone comfortable in this space is welcome.
