London based drummer and arranger Jonah Phillips showcases a new project featuring the music of Charles Mingus, Sun Ra, Duke Ellington, Thelonious Monk and more. Expect bold compositions and soulful grooves as the ensemble expands from the intimacies of piano trio to full-blazing septet.
