Sid is the lead singer of the Long Ryders plus the Coal Porters and just recently released his latest solo album. The Long Ryders have a new album coming out next year and he has been touring Europe since the 1980s. He plays solo and Long Ryders material as well as a couple of songs with Peter. Sid is often seen as the father of Americana / Alt-country movement.
Peter has three Grammy nominations and released 15 solo albums on labels Geffen, Vanguard, Yeproc etc. He has a new album coming out next Feb. He was a former leader of the Nerves from the mid 70s whom spawned the hit 'Hanging On The Telephone' which of course Blondie made into a worldwide hit. Then he formed one of the best Power-pop bands around called The Plimsouls before he went to become a singer/songwriter and Americana artist. Costello, Tom Waits etc are big fans of his
