Event information
In this instrumental workshop, Joe and Rowan "Old Spot" will be sharing the joy of old-time music, teaching appalachian tunes and some of the idiomatic playing styles that make them come to life. Learn about the history of this musical melting pot whilst picking up a tune or two along the way.
-All instruments welcome, may be a bit string specific but hopefully interesting to everyone.
-No previous old-time music experience required
-Teaching by ear, sheet music available afterwards!
