A gentle dance with the duality of grief, discovering joy and meaning in a landscape of loss. ‘Just Visiting’ is a heartening and humorous piece of theatre that explores issues around loss and grief from the perspective of learning-disabled people. The piece is created from the actors' own stories and memories and expressed through puppetry, performance and storytelling.

One of the UK's flagship learning disability theatre companies, About Face have been quietly making radical theatre, since 1995. The company was built from a dream of providing high-quality creative arts opportunities for neurodivergent and differently-abled actors. All of the actors are trained puppeteers and have toured nationally as part of several industry renowned festivals. About Face has developed a reputation for highly creative, unusual, and thought-provoking work over the years.

After the performance, there will be short break for refreshments followed by a panel discussion and Q and A around the topic of loss.
