21 years since breakout debut 'Last Tango In Motherwell', The Just Joans celebrate their adulthood with a new album for 2026 called 'Romantic Visions of Scotland'. Fronted by siblings David and Katie Pope, the band have acquired a passionate following of like-minded miserabilists, cultivating a live show that combines erudite and heartfelt lyrics with the catchiest of indiepop licks.
"If The Beautiful South and Kirsty MacColl made a pact to form a band that fans of the Proclaimers might turn to on a dark and dismal night in December, they may well have created The Just Joans." Joyzine
Special supporting guests for the evening are Carla J. Easton (The Vaselines, Teen Canteen) and Lanarkshire legends The Hector Collectors.
