Join Roary Skaista at Curio Books + Culture for a free songwriting workshop and performance!
This will be an inclusive and queer-led songwriting workshop to reinterpret existing folk songs, or write your own to include new perspectives. Followed by a relaxed open stage performance with the option to share these and other new songs.
Key details:
* Participants are welcome to attend just the workshop (4pm-6pm), the performance (7pm-9pm), or both
* Free non-alcoholic drinks and snacks will be provided, with food and drink also available to buy from the cafe upstairs. Or you are welcome to bring your own
* Please be aware that Curio is located downstairs, meaning unfortunately there is no wheelchair access. We apologise to anyone this affects
