"We are Maroon Town, a 9 piece band, that fuses ska, reggae, cumbia, hip-hop, and funk, breaking barriers and building bridges. Born of the vibrant streets of Brixton and inspired by the defiant spirit of the Maroons of Jamaica, the rebellious unconquerable runway slaves, they carry a powerful we carry a message of unity, resilience, and celebration."
