The Rollin' Stoned - A Tribute to The Rolling Stones

On Saturday 21st March we are excited to host legendary Rolling Stones tribute band The Rollin' Stoned at JJJ for a night of some of rock's most classic songs performed by one of its most classic tribute bands!

A typical two hour show includes not only all the classic crowd pleasing hits, but is spiced with enough eclectic selections from the deeper recesses of Stones Album archives to satisfy the most demanding of “Buffs”, all performed with the same vibrantly authentic attack and raw energy that characterised the original Stones shows in their prime.

With a Rollin' Stoned show, the costumes are shamelessly camp, gaudy and absolutely fab, the instruments genuinely vintage and the wit irreverent. However while the tongue is never far from the cheek we make sure it is never to the detriment of the music. This band is not to be confused with the grotesque parody on parody 'Stella Street'-Lite Stones bands that abound, nor a bunch of seasoned old pros, opportunistically hitched on to the “Tribute Bandwagon” for an easy ride. What clearly comes across to audiences seeing the band at work is the passion we all have for the music of what is, cliché or not, "The Greatest Rock'n'Roll Band" the world has seen.

For those who witnessed the Stones - Brian Jones et al - in their heyday, this is a chance to revisit lost youth, for the rest of you, now’s your chance to see what all the fuss was about!

Ticketing Information:

Tickets are for ‘general admission’ giving you access to any available seating or standing areas. There is no assigned seating, any seating that is available can be taken on a first come first served basis.

Last entry to Joe Joe Jims is at 10.30pm.


Accessibility:

Access to Joe Joe Jims via the front doors is on the level with the frontage and footpath without the need to negotiate any steps or changes in surface height.

Within the venue we have a raised disabled guest area accessible via ramp and should you need to use this facility, please notify us in advance on 0121 453 3103 and make yourself known to our staff upon your arrival so that we can provide any assistance you may require.

In the event of the gig being cancelled, a full refund of the ticket price (booking fees are non-refundable and charged by WeGotTickets) will be processed automatically.
