On 2 September 2016 Luke Jackson made his début appearance for Live In the North East in North Shields and he has performed in the North East every year since then except when prevented by the restrictions imposed during the pandemic.

From 2023 he has played intimate gigs Upstairs At The Globe which have been hugely popular, selling out well in advance every year.

The past couple of years have been busy for Luke with highlights being numerous support slots opening for the legendary Jools Holland, very well attended solo shows and a brilliant Trio tour to promote his 7th studio album 'BLOOM', which has been very well received gaining universally positive reviews and to date, well over 60,000 streams on Spotify.
