For our March gig with Common Ground Sounds, we're very excited to host Young Martyrs:

Over the last few years the UK has seen an explosion in songwriting on the indie Americana scene. Tonight sees three of its most acclaimed emerging acts from the Southwest: Young Martyrs, Saint Senara & Ben Francis. They’ve collectively amassed awards and accolades from the likes of BBC Radio 2, the AMA, BBC 6Music and now they’re bringing the music to you. Songwriting at its finest with big guitars, harmonies and storytelling.

Common Ground Sounds is a project aimed at putting on local gigs for the community of Oxford. We do our best to reduce the upfront costs for artists in order to make putting on gigs more accessible, and aim to introduce as much new and emerging music to the Oxford Music Scene as we can.
