Picky New Promotions are proud to welcome back our favourite Brighton band, CANNED PINEAPPLE, to The Lab on Wed Jan 28 for IVW 2026!

Brighton quintet Canned Pineapple continue to build on the feverish hype surrounding them following a flying 2024: making their international festival debut at New Colossus Festival in New York City, playing multiple packed out shows at The Great Escape, and gaining widespread acclaim from the likes of So Young, Dork, Clash, BBC Introducing, BBC Radio 6 Music and Radio X (X-Posure). The band also made their way to the Netherlands for Down The Rabbit Hole and Left of the Dial, Belgium for Fifty Lab Festival, and were guests in the BBC Introducing Live Lounge. In 2025, Canned Pineapple set off on a tour of the UK and EU celebrating the release of their highly anticipated second EP, Big Break, released in March 2025.

Fronted by Irish vocalist Seán Drury alongside guitarists Oakley Gardiner and Gabe Rice, bassist Sam Cullen, and drummer Charlie Pringle, Canned Pineapple characterise their sound as ‘scuzz-pop,’ full of charismatic energy whilst delivering radiant earworm melodies that channel their love for pop classics.

Support comes from another favourite, Guildford's AQUALINE, and young local lads 10-FALL.

Tickets are £10 plus fees in advance. The Lab is a member's club, and all non-members will be required to pay £1 OTD to support this iconic Northampton venue.
