Following on from two very well-received evenings to end 2025 on a high, Jazz On The Green are delighted to kick off 2026 with the welcome return of award-winning Canadian Saxophonist Terry Quinney, who will be backed by a mellow, drum-free trio,
featuring Neil Burns on Guitar, Joe Limburn on Double Bass and Martin Jenkins on Piano.

As the first Thursday of the month falls on New Year’s Day, when many will still be recovering from celebrating the festive season, our first event of 2026 shall instead take place on Thursday January 8 th at Crediton Arts Centre .

Terry Quinney, was born and raised in Canada, where he studied Music Education and enjoyed a busy playing career before settling in South-West England in 2009, where he
has become a fixture on the jazz scene in the south of the country, He has performed at venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and The National Theatre and has played extensively with a multitude of the UK’s leading jazz luminaries.
