Tickets will be valid for entry from 7pm to 7.50pm (sharp) after which, if you have not arrived, your ticket/place will be given to any customers waiting at the door for returns.
All sales are final, non-refundable/transferable tickets. If you are unable to make the show and have booked a ticket, please contact Trixie Blue directly at info@houseoftrixieblue.co.uk.

The venue is primarily on one level, with step-free access throughout the main areas. Cobbles feature on the outside ramp. access is available, and accessible toilets are located on the ground floor near the main entrance.
