Samantha Shields and Daniel Ryan are a duo of an impressively high standard of songwriting and performance.
Their mix of roots and electric folk retro, shaped by Laurel Canyon influences, yield outstanding original material and well-considered covers. Their harmonies are a delight to listen to, Sam’s seemingly effortless and superb vocals, underpinned by Dan’s blend of acoustic and electric fingerstyle guitar, create a winning combination.
They have also performed acclaimed tribute shows to iconic albums including Carole King’s ‘Tapestry’, Fairport Convention’s ‘Leige & Lief’ and Neil Young’s ‘After the ‘Goldrush’
