Walthamstow's premier jazz night featuring London and the UK's finest musicians.
This February, Jazz at Trades is excited to welcome a very special guest, saxophonist Ashley Bonfante to perform at Walthamstow Trades Hall. Ashley has a highly individual sound as an improviser and composer. Heavily influenced by music of black origin - most notably saxophone legends Charlie Parker, Ornette Coleman, and John Coltrane - his work as a collaborator and band leader has led him to become an integral member of the jazz scene here in London and further afield. Ashley will be accompanied by a great band featuring Matt Hurley (guitar), Tom Rivière (bass) and George Grundy (drums)
Our two tier pricing system aims to strike a balance between making our event accessible for all, whilst trying to ensure we can pay the musicians a fair wage for their performance. Please consider paying the full ticket price of £10 if you can, to help support our musicians and help to cover the costs involved in running the night.
