LEE HURST - has had a varied life, a former cleaner, a van driver and labourer. He became a comedian, did TV warm-up work and then ended up on TV himself as one of the stars of the hit BBC comedy sports quiz They Think It’s All Over. He has numerous other TV appearances including Have I Got News For You, Comic Relief and Don’t Give Up The Day Job. He then walked away from it all to open his own Backyard Comedy Club in Bethnal Green in London’s East End. Lee is now returning to his roots and playing the UK’s finest comedy clubs in 2026.

SAMANTHA DAY - After three decades as an accountant and single mum, Samantha's been freed from the city and she's really hit her stride, as a truly original act on the UK comedy circuit. She is a multi award winner and finalist of some of the most prestigious comedy competitions, including -

LJ DA FUNK - is the brainchild of Laughing Horse New Act of the Year finalist 2013, Zak Splijt. LJ is a self-styled New York gangster, he is loud, brash, and full of energy. LJ tells jokes that are ostensibly idiotic but with wit and wisdom bubbling under the surface, on topics ranging from Enoch Powell and Ugandan homophobia, to his myriad yet always disastrous sexual encounters.
