We are starting a new London venture, a monthly residency at our new favourite place called The Others at Stoke Newington.
We bring some of our dearest and the most inspiring musical friends, to perform for you in the Sunday late afternoon.
Next, obviously, PerKelt will smash a high-octane pagan speed folk set, aiming to present fresh, brand new song in the mix whenever possible
And then the special treat, we'll be together jamming by the table at this very cosy and welcoming place until very late, like in the old days
Come and join us if you can! This night is meant to be relaxed, inspiring and utterly magical... what everybody needs before the new week kicks in with all its might, innit.
The guests for the first night is our dear friend and inspiring presence Christina Deva!
Christina Deva is a Greek experimental vocalist, sound artist, and multidisciplinary performer known for raw, emotive vocalizations, ritualistic soundscapes blending world instruments with electronics, and exploring themes of transformation, mythology, and animism in her music, often using ancient Greek concepts like "Manteio" (Oracle) in her immersive, psyche-folk, and dark folk works, as seen in projects with Astral Pierrot and her solo material.
I've seen her perform multiple times, it's like a force of nature blasting the audience with rainstorm, cannot wait!
