Taken from an old Scots word meaning ‘excitable’ or ‘crazy’.
The six-piece trad outfit HEISK are a force on stage. Fusing accordion, fiddle, electro harp, kit and keys with big energy and bold riffs, they twist traditional and self-penned tunes into something fresh and fierce.
Olta are a Celtic inspired group formed in the heartlands of Hadfield who have been delighting audiences as far afield as Oslo and as close to home as Glossop!
