Minds Eye Peomotions Eastbourne are back with their April edition of monthly showcases of boundary crossing original live music, this time with a 4 band bill.
We have:
HONYŌ BUKURO- Portsmouth grind jazz duo that sound something akin to The Locust with Zack Hill drumming for them. Micro blasts with absurdly intricate guitar work and screams that sound like a lizard with its dick in a mousetrap. Despite all that it really is a hell of a lot of fun.
Wasting Thirst- Bass violence from Kent, now when we heard that genre we wondered wtf it was, but we are told it’s power-violence with basses (no guitars).
This will be their first ever show, and with an aimed set time of 15 minutes be prepared to have your faces ripped open in a heartbeat.
Mortal Karcass- Local crust punk pro’s who deliver enough mayhem and blistering carnage to tear through the walls of sanity and leave you in a puddle on the floor.
Bovril Latrine- Bass and drum Power duo that sound like explosive IBS with a hand grenade enema prescribed by a Doctor who has no business practicing medicine.
Rubber band bass work, frenzied machinery gone haywire fx and a ridiculously tight drum cacophony.
