M BUTTERFLY (M Butterfly)

M. Butterfly are a Brighton based 2 piece that play country songs very slowly. They comfortably take influence from hardened songwriters such as Townes Van Zandt, Gillian Welch and John Prine, cult underground acts such as Low, Sparklehorse and Vic Chesnut and literary giants such as Leonard Cohen, Annie Proulx and James Baldwin. Renowned for strong lyrics and close vocal harmonies that silence the room.
