THE ADVENTURES OF PRINCE ACHMED - The Adventures of Prince Achmed (Prinzen Achmed) is an animated fairytale film based on the tales from 'The Arabian Nights'. First shown in 1926 in Germany by Lotte Reiniger, it still stands as one of the great classics of animation - witty, lively, delicate, inventive, stirring and romantic.
