Club Ceilidh returns to Plymouth on Friday 24th April, right in the heart of the traditional dancing season - when spring evenings get lighter, floors get bouncier, and folk music comes into its own.

Ceilidh dancing has always been a springtime ritual: community gatherings after winter, marking longer days with live music, shared movement and a proper sense of celebration. Club Ceilidh proudly sits in that tradition - old dances, timeless tunes, and a very modern Plymouth crowd.

Following the huge success of our recent events - all of which have sold out well in advance - we’re back at our new venue, which was an instant hit last time: spacious, atmospheric, and perfect for dancing.

Music on the night comes from the brilliant Freedom Fields Ceilidh Band, with expert calling from Christian Mayne. Expect crystal-clear calling, infectious energy, and dances that work just as well for total beginners as seasoned ceilidh addicts.

To keep things fair - and because demand has been so high - tickets are released in three allocations:

🎟 First release: Friday 20th March
🎟 Second release: 3rd April
🎟 Final release: Friday 17th April

There’ll be a licensed bar, a friendly, welcoming crowd, and the unmistakable Club Ceilidh atmosphere: joyful, inclusive, slightly sweaty, and completely unforgettable.
