In their usual light hearted way, The Wareham Whalers will explore the mysteries and superstitions that affected life aboard sailing ships in the 18th and 19th centuries. Come and discover why sailors wore one gold ring or never cut their hair or nails whilst at sea and at the same time be entertained by rousing shanties.
