International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.

Princes Risborough Town Council is proud to welcome you to its fourth International Women’s Day event at the Brushwood Suite on Wednesday 11 March 2026. Join us for an informal evening of celebration, inspiration, and connection as we hear from a panel of remarkable women as they discuss the theme of the 2026 International Women’s Day: ‘Give To Gain.’

Speakers include:

✦ Pam Cottman - Resilience Coach

Pam Cottman is an ICF accredited Resilience Coach and former Assistant Headteacher passionate about developing confident, resilient women at every stage of their journey. From classroom to leadership, she helps women and girls navigate challenge with clarity, confidence and self-belief — creating ripple effects that extend far beyond the individual.

You can find Pam online at www.pamcottman.com
And on LinkedIn and Instagram: @pamcottman

✦ Tetiana Tverdokhlibova - Trustee for Ukraine to Chilterns Charity

Tetiana is a procurement and supply chain professional with international experience across Ukraine and Europe. Before the war she held the role of Head of Department for Procurement and Supply in Ukraine, where she led sourcing, supplier management, and operational coordination. She is currently working as a Business Administrator in the UK while continuing to develop her professional expertise and working towards returning to a senior procurement role. In addition to her professional work, she is a trustee of Chilterns Charity, which supports people in need. She genuinely enjoy helping others, and contributing in this way brings her great fulfilment.

✦ Olena Boboshko-Harbuz - Trustee for Ukraine to Chilterns Charity

Olena is a makeup artist and stylist with 12 years of experience, and her work has always been about more than beauty — it’s about honouring the woman within.
She believes true strength is gentle. It’s the quiet confidence in your eyes, the softness that doesn’t weaken you, and the courage to be yourself. Through her work, she helps women feel seen, supported, and radiant — not by changing who they are, but by delicately revealing their natural glow.

For her, femininity is a balance of strength and tenderness. And it’s a privilege to celebrate that every day.

✦ Nataliia Zagrebelna - Trustee for Ukraine to Chilterns Charity

Nataliia moved to England following the outbreak of war in her home country and embraced the opportunity to rebuild her life. She retrained in the UK and is now developing her career in accounting and finance. Alongside her professional growth, she is actively involved in charitable work within the local community. She participates in fundraising initiatives that provide financial support to families with children who need assistance with school and educational expenses. Nataliia also helps individuals navigate visa documentation, offering practical guidance and reassurance during complex processes. Her journey reflects the spirit of “Give To Gain” — turning challenge into contribution and community impact.

✦ PC Bryony Powell - Neighbourhood Supervisor, Princes Risborough Neighbourhood Policing Team

PC 795 Bryony Powell is the Neighbourhood Supervisor for Princes Risborough and brings over 13 years of experience to the team. She started her policing journey as a PCSO before spending seven years on response in Amersham, before returning to her roots in Neighbourhood policing. Bryony has built up a wide range of skills over the years, including public order policing and supporting football operations at Wycombe Wanderers. She also runs the local Hotel Watch scheme and is passionate about tackling violence against women and girls, which forms a key part of her neighbourhood work.

Bryony has been based in Princes Risborough for the past 18 months and has quickly come to love the strong community spirit in the town. She and the neighbourhood team are committed to working closely with residents to tackle the issues that matter most, such as anti social behaviour, drug use and anti social driving. Building relationships and making sure people feel safe and supported is at the heart of what they do.

Outside of work, Bryony is a keen walker and scuba diver, and she loves backpacking abroad whenever she gets the chance. She’s always happy to stop for a chat, so please do say hello if you see her out and about in the community.

✦ Jo Purser - Senior Leader in the NHS

Jo is a senior People Leader within the NHS, accredited mediator, qualified personal and business coach, and a passionate advocate for helping people realise their potential. Alongside building her career across both public and private sectors while raising two children, she has also navigated significant personal health challenges that have deepened her resilience and strengthened her commitment to supporting others.

She volunteers her time as an Enterprise Adviser, equipping young people with the skills and confidence to enter the world of work, and supports individuals rebuilding their careers after adversity.

She believes in being the woman who claps the loudest for other women.
