The first Monday of each month starting at 7.30pm. Each session will open with a couple numbers from the house rhythm section before they invite guests to join them, and the jam session begins. Admission is £8 or £5 or £3 (or free if you need it to be). This goes towards paying the professional musicians in the house band.
Players and listeners are equally welcome.
Everyone is welcome to come and play or sing at the session. If you’d like to, please introduce yourself to the host, Jesse Molins, who’ll decide on a running order. You should have at least one tune prepared that you know well. If it’s not a standard, or if you need to do it in a different key from the original, please bring lead sheets or chord charts in the right key for the rhythm section and other players who might join you.
For 2 March alongside Jesse, on guitar, the house band is:
Ronnie Jones on drums and Linus Kestor Fenton on double bass
