LONG EARTH
Long Earth is a Glasgow-based progressive rock band – expect symphonic keyboards, atmospheric guitar solos and beautiful vocals, driven by an energetic rhythm section.
This gig will mark the launch of Long Earth’s highly anticipated fourth album, Towards the Sky. The album deals with humans trying to move beyond our limitations, with songs inspired by astronomy and space exploration – and they sound like it! Be among the first to hear Towards the Sky played live in its entirety before the band heads off to play prog and rock festivals around the UK this summer.
“a far from ordinary band” – Prog Magazine, Summer’s End 2024
“Long Earth will carry on with their rise in the rankings as one of the top prog bands […] a fantastic set” – The Progressive Aspect, The Soundle 2025
JONNI SLATER
Jonni Slater is a songwriter based in the south side of Glasgow who draws inspiration from artists such as Peter Gabriel, Chris Cornell, and Talk Talk. His 2025 album, Between the Shadows, has been described as "weaving cinematic soundscapes and poetic introspection into something that feels both intimate and grand in scope". Jonni will play a set of songs from the album, together with brand new compositions and older tracks, and some new synth arrangements worked up especially for this show.
Tickets: £10 + £1 booking fee in advance, £15 on the door
