The Long-Form Extravaganza with No Notes Improv and Skunkhaus !

Tuesday 24th March, get your Long-Form Improvised comedy fix from No Notes Improv and Skunkhaus at The English Lounge at 7:30pm!

No Notes Improv will be joined by Dr Ben, the special guest monologist for the evening, where they will be taking a word from you, the audience, using that word as inspiration to tell some stories from their life, and No Notes will then turn that monologue into some sweet, sweet improvised long-form before your very eyes.

Dr Ben does improv with the troupe Tales Before the Fire. He can also be found doing stand-up comedy around Manchester, and is interested in how comedy functions as an art form, from an academic perspective.

And then, the mighty Skunkhaus will invite an audience member to share something they’re excited about or dreading and Skunkhaus will weave together a tale, featuring puns and chaos ending in a coherent story that’s as likely to come true as your last tea leaf reading. Will it be a rom-com, horror, sci-fi or western? Come watch our talented ensemble transform those ideas into a live story right before your eyes!
