He earned 50 caps for Scotland, representing his country with distinction on the international stage. After hanging up his boots, Strachan transitioned into management, guiding Southampton to an FA Cup Final, securing multiple trophies during a successful four-year spell at Celtic, and later leading the Scottish national team.
