You'll be guided through the fundamentals of papercutting, from learning how to safely papercut to exploring different papers and simple cutting techniques. Using a selection of templates designed for this workshop, you'll create your own intricate botanical or wildlife-inspired papercut.

Throughout the session you'll have the chance to reference examples of contemporary paper cutting, including the artist's own work, for inspiration before bringing your chosen design to life! Working with whites, ivories and soft shades of blue and green, you'll carefully trace your design before cutting it using a range of techniques demonstrated during the workshop.
