Robbie Bonham has been doing standup for a couple of years now, only getting into it at the ripe old age of 33. He now plays regularly in the Capital Comedy Club, The Comedy Cellar and various other Dublin gigs, and last year was voted the Capital Comedy Club's best support act. He was also in the final of the Bulmers Comedy festival for the second year running. He recently played to a sellout audience in the Empire Comedy Club in Belfast. This year he will be performing his third string of fringe shows in the Kilkenny Festival.
"Quirky, zany, and, most importantly, funny" - Capital magazine
"The next Jo Brand" - Maeve Higgins
Scottish born Comic David Whitney got his first gig at the Friars Club Beverly Hills as a result of a series of lies that meant he couldn't get out of it. It went very well and on his return home decided take it up full time, only to find Londoners a lot harder to please than the Yanks. Since then he has be performing prolifically all over the UK in pubs, clubs, theatres and corporate gigs for Coutts Bank and Tottenham Football Club (whom he is not a fan as Aberdeen is the football team of his choice). David’s material is a fine blend of political satire and pure filth, making him the thinking persons comic. So long as that person is thinking of something really dirty at the time.
"you can't stop him, you can only hope to contain him" (Reg D. Hunter)
"His trajectory is perfect. He squeezes the laughter out of audiences. He is the squeeze person." (Eddie Izzard)
Self styled 'Rock & Roll Poet and comedian Paul B. Edwards is a tireless gigger and his unique brand of songs/jokes/poems and general banter (“His act is a treasure chest packed to bursting with little gems" ) have made him a great favourite in the comedy clubs of the UK. He promotes and hosts his own monthly shows, is a regular at the Jongleurs Comedy Clubs and is a favourite at festivals including Reading and V Festival Leeds. Corporate clients include Round Table, Rotary Club, Siemens, Hertfordshire Constabulary and British Telecom
“A very naughty boy - he deserves a smack on his bottom” (Lorraine Kelly, GMTV)
“The Boss” (Chris Evans)
“A Comedy King” (Roland Rivron)
