VHS Trash Fest is BACK! Your favourite trash film festival, screening all of our films directly from VHS - trailers and all!
When we heard that a bone fide Video Store had opened up in Liverpool, complete with Arcade Room and 100-seater cinema, we couldn't resist! So we're upping sticks for the first time in VHSTF history, and heading south of the border to bring you another dose of trash mayhem this September at VideOdyssey as part of Scalarama!
Friday 21st September:
A deadly double bill of Charles Band schlock vehicle Terrorvision (1986) and the immensely fun Italo-sleaze Demons (1985) by Lamberto Bava, son of the legendary Mario.
Saturday 22nd September:
This dastardly double-bill kicks off with little-seen sequel Re-Animator 2 (1989) also known as Bride of Re-Animator and starring the legendary Jeffrey Combs as the titular mad scientist, followed by the incredibly rare gang warfare thriller Enemy Territory (1987) including early appearance by 'Candyman' Tony Todd.
Alien space monsters? Demonic possession? Reanimated body parts? Gang wafare punks? We've got 'em all and more at VHS Trash Festival 2018!
VHS swap shop for trades and sales from 6pm both nights.
Double-bills from 7pm.
Tickets £12 each Fri/Sat, £20 for a festival ticket (2 double-bills over 2 nights).
