What you need to know…
2023 will be our first ‘Circle Free’ festival so all tickets will be sold individually! Therefore….
NEW WEEKEND TICKET OPTIONS
Adult (16+) £70.00 (+BF)
Child (9-15 years) £35.00 (+BF)
Child (0-8 years) FREE
Weekend Camping Per Person £20.00 (+BF)
Weekend Camping Per Person U16 £10.00 (+BF)
Campervan Tickets £5.00 (+BF) - (VERY LIMITED SPACES)
All ticket holders who will be camping and/or in campervan will require the weekend camping ticket. In addition to this, if you are coming with a campervan we have a new campervan ticket that will be required (to ensure we don’t over accommodate).
Event Terms & Conditions:
1. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned following purchase.
2. In the event of a cancellation, you will either be refunded the face value of tickets or tickets would be valid for rescheduled dates. We shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred including, but not limited to, accommodation or transport costs.
3. A Campervan ticket MUST be purchased to secure campervan space onsite due to limited spaces.
4. Guide pitch size for a Campervan is 9m x 5m to include awning and a one metre gap to the next pitch. Cars are not permitted in the Campervan designated areas.
5. All vehicles and persons entering site will be liable to be searched.
6. Management reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme if necessary.
7. Animals are not permitted on site.
8. Under 18’s will not be served alcohol and those who appear under 25 may be challenged and refused if proof of age cannot be produced.
9. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and persons deemed to be carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities are likely to be ejected without refund.
10. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
11. As a condition of sale, all ticket holders’ consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for festival promotion.
12. The festival reserves the right to amend entry requirements and policies as required by Government or Public Health England relating to Covid-19
