The Errol Linton Band at Jamboree

A fantastic Friday night at Jamboree with the toughest and finest blues combo around,  led by the renowned contemporary British blues/roots musician Errol Linton. Expect Chicago blues shot through with reggae swing, soulful harp, and a band that absolutely smokes.

As well as siding for Joe Bonamassa, Errol has played with Henry Gray, Tony Allen and Abram Wilson, and opened shows for Bo Diddley, Dr. John, Screamin' Jay Hawkins and The Blind Boys of Alabama. From a packed Glastonbury 2022 Acoustic Stage slot to a feature in BBC Two's Arena documentary Two Generations of the Blues (Blues South of the River), he is the real deal. Winner of the UK Blues Challenge in 2023, he's also the harmonica you hear tearing through Bonamassa's Grammy nominated album, Abbey Road cut 'Lookout Man!' from Royal Tea. Most recently, Errol stepped into the national spotlight again with a live session on Cerys Matthews' BBC Radio 2 Blues Show in March. The Guardian has described him as the figurehead for contemporary British blues.
