Great to welcome these guys back to the DC… Definitely not just a ska band – their music fuses ska, reggae, cumbia, hip-hop, and funk. “In every note we play and every word we sing, we honour our roots while embracing the future. Our sound reflects the diversity of our backgrounds and the vibrancy of our global audience”…

Natural Right – and two fabulous supports tonite too… these lovely people excel in blending a fabulous pop, reggae and ska melange with hints of Marley and UB40, also The Beat. Sweet tunes, swingingly set forth for your delectation.

The Marching SKAletons – see what they did there? Nicely nicely. Taking their cues from equal parts Madness and Skatalites, this is a beautiful blend to warm yer old bones. Or get old and younger bones alike moving. They also rock some rather cool skeletal costumerie. Brilliant stuff to open a fantastic bill of non stop dancing joy, in what is after all, ‘The Ancestral Seat of Madness’ and therefore that of Skanking Britannia.
