Inspired music for children that adults will love too!
Mrs H Sings brings inspirational music to children that adults will love too. Come and join Mrs H and her accomplice Ted, as they take you on a musical journey with their infectious songs. Part theatre, part comedy, with a huge sprinkling of mischief, bring your voices, silly dances, and don’t hold back from joining in the family fun!
Based in Exmouth Market, London, for over a decade they have been entertaining the young and old in schools, community centres, festivals and care centres across the UK.
Wherever they are, no matter how small or large the venue, their inter-active, unique performanc- es have become an enriching and much-loved part of thousands of people’s lives.
Founded in 2005 by actress Harriette Ashcroft, her mission was to provide free, quality musical ‘drop ins’ for children and their families in the London area. After meeting the musician Ted Barnes (Beth Orton, Clayhill), the show took on a new lease of life with extensive touring, a six-piece band, inter-generational projects and the release of three albums of original material. Their latest release, A Feast of Rhymes is a collection of nursery songs given a new lease of life in Mrs H's inimitable style.
Mrs H Sings is also featured in the YOTO product range which garnered an international following.
