Delighted to be hosting the brilliant Nape Neck from Leeds! The trio play taut, tangled post punk, danceable and destructed in a fashion that harks back to Gang of Four and Delta 5. Clipped morse code and sharply punctuated lyrical declarations join forces with delirious, snaking guitar and dueling vocals which push against steady bass throb and stark, calculated beats as Nape Neck walk the tightrope between chaos and calm. Their latest album The Shallowest End released last year is a frenetic and frantic record that matches the tautness of post punk with the chaos of no wave, and it's a hell of a thing.

The band will headline above the London leg of an extended weekender for the brilliant Felicette from London, Trust Club from the midlands and our very own Sinews! Saturday 9th May will be a night of chunky 90s inspired rock tunes and good times!

Named after the first cat in space), Felicette (pronounced Felli-set) are a London quartet formed of Soph, Rose, Milly and Jay making what they describe as 90s-inspired-alternative-grunge-pop-rock, bringing together members of Cheerbleederz, Supermilk, and Painter.
