Event Information

After a successful national tour in Autumn 2025, Jessica Dives and Grace Elizabeth Harvey are
coming together once more to blend their unique styles as special show to mark the start of
Jessica’s Wind Phone tour, celebrating her new release and wider Wind Phone project.

Jessica Dives

Born in the South East and adopted by the North West, “exciting new talent”(Americana
UK) Jessica Dives is an up and coming Folk Singer Songwriter with a “welcome vibrancy”
(FATEA)

For Jessica - storytelling is paramount. Jessica allows her fixation and fascination with
people and stories to guide her and, with a long established background in theatre, has a
natural and captivating confidence in performance.

She delights and hypnotises with “Heartfelt and earnest storytelling”(Americana UK) and
catchy, soaring melodies, delivered with a vocal quality that stops you in your tracks - a
voice compared to powerful voices such as Eddi Reader and Sarah Harmer. Her blend of
personal and traditional folklore focussed on the intersection of the natural and emotional
world results in a body of work that warms the listener through and lingers long after.
Jessica was the winner of Litchfield Songwriting Competition 2025, Liverpool Songwriting
Challenge 2024, has received BBC radio play, and supported folk acts such as Katie
Spencer, Megson and Kathryn Williams. As a featured artist in the FATEA Spring 2025
Showcase download and a shortlisted artist for the Purbeck Valley Rising 2025
competition, she is already making an impact on the acoustic, folk scene.

Grace Elizabeth Harvey

Grace Elizabeth Harvey’s music hangs somewhere between the melancholy, the holy and the
innocent. Writing about ‘folk and faith in tender conjunction’ (Wayzgoose), her debut EP, Other
Faith (May 25), showcases the Merseyside based songstress in her whimsigothic world of intricate guitar and sweet, conversational vocals. Fresh from a partially sold-out national tour, Grace is quickly proving herself as one of the UK’s finest emerging songsmiths and a ‘new name to watch’ (FATEA), placing as a finalist in the 2025 Young Songwriter’s competition.
She was awarded the bursary to the Humankind songwriting retreat, led by Katie Spencer and Iona Lane, and the first single from Grace’s debut EP, Birdsong, was chosen as one of The Unsigned Guide’s March Spotlight tracks, before being awarded a top 30 placement in the Young Songwriters’ Awards. The EP received radio play from BBC Introducing and Folkscene, as well as features from NARC ‘hauntingly beautiful’, Joyzine ‘perfection’, The New Age Magazine ‘elegant’ and Still Listening ‘captivating’. Considered ‘an artist to be cherished indeed’ by grassroots fans (Vinyl Fantasy Reviews), Grace’s practice is led by integrity, curiosity and a desire to sustain her creative exploration through live connection.
