CLASS OF ’79 are the UK's most exciting and entertaining Punk & New Wave band to date.

What makes them unique from the rest?

Well, for a start every member has a punk rock royalty pedigree having been in or still in some of the legendary bands that shaped the punk and new wave movement - namely Rezillos, Eddie & the Hot Rods, UK Subs, Selecter and Department S and unlike the mainstream who pay tribute to an artist Class of 79 pay tribute to an era.
