Ross Stewart is a Scottish-born singer/songwriter and musician based in Norwich, UK. His sound comes as a fusion of deep-rooted blues influence, modern americana, folk and rock, presented with a contemporary edge and feel-good flair.

Ross presents an eclectic mix of original music with dynamic performances, singing with the vulnerability of a solo act, as well as the raucous vivacity brought to life with his 4-piece band. Whether you’re there for the thoughtful lyricism “...not limited by his years on this earth”, the soulful crooning or the stunning guitar prowess, there is something about Ross Stewart for everyone: “...The man can put on quite a show…”.

Stewart has a growing catalogue of released music, and has had successful airplay on a number of radio stations, even earning Track of the Week with BBC Introducing, Future Radio and New Music Generator. In February 2025, Stewart was also a featured artist with BBC Introducing and came into the Ipswich studio for a live session and interview. Ross won Breakthrough Artist as well as being selected as Top 5 Male Soloists in the East of England and came 7th in the Audience Choice award, voted for by the public with over 4,000 votes cast in the 2025 NMG Awards. Ross also won Crags Radio Unsigned Award for Best Male Solo and came 3rd in the Young Songwriter Awards by Song Academy. Ross completed his first UK tour in Autumn, including a date supporting REEF at the LCR in Norwich, a date supporting Kerbdog at the O2 Academy 2 in Liverpool, and opening and closing with his second and third advance sell-out shows in his hometown of Norwich. Finishing the year strong, Ross was also BBC Look East’s featured artist for the Christmas showcase on the final broadcast of the year.

Debut single ‘Land’s End’ is an exemplification of Ross’ slightly nautical folk-rock sound, and follow-up single ‘Sweet Morning’ demonstrates Stewart’s raw rock n’ roll and playful attitude. Ross’s third single ‘Tangerine Sky’ shows his more pensive and emotional songwriting to the soundtrack of an autumnal acoustic allegro. Fourth and current single ‘Fall from Grace’ taps into a new sonic space again with large rock sounds and more sombre lyrical content. Stewart’s style is eclectic and exciting, but maintains cohesion throughout. Ross released his debut EP, ‘Purpose’ in Autumn 2025. It features several of the previous singles and presents an eclectic insight into Ross’ sound.
