Join Bijal Shah, a former Investment banker who switched careers after noticing the poor mental health of her colleagues.
Whilst studying to become a counsellor, Bijal discovered the old practice of Bibliotherapy.


Now the author of the new book Bibliotherapy - The Healing Power of Reading, Bijal will be giving a talk introducing the theory of Bibliotherapy followed by a guided reading workshop and a guided writing workshop to demonstrate how Bibliotherapy works in practice.
