Born in Oxford, the city where Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland first took shape, this collection continues that legacy of imagination.
A place where stories bent reality, and ordinary afternoons became portals into stranger worlds.
In Wonderland, flavour breaks its own rules.
This collection is our creative playground, a world of co-ferments, experimental lots, and sensory ideas shaped into limited-edition releases.
Here, coffee becomes narrative:
textures that feel like colour,
acidity that behaves like light,
sweetness that echoes memory.
Each release is a small window into a softer, more curious universe a quiet nod to the Oxford dreamscape that inspired Lewis Carroll.
